Arapahoe Charter School offers a comprehensive, standards based K-3 program which includes classroom-based differentiated instruction to meet students’ needs. As students are transitioning 4th grade and above, they will have the opportunity to participate in our Gifted and Talented program known as ACS LEAP (Learning Enrichment Activities Program) formerly known as AIG.
ACS LEAP is available for students who demonstrate high levels of ability and who require modifications of their educational program if they are to achieve in accordance with their capabilities. Students who are selected for the program participate in enrichment and project-based initiatives within the school day, where they can interact with like peers and engage in higher level thinking.
